Burning calories in the heated pool where it is easy on our joints, that is where you will find us! We are the breakfast group and for the last 5 years we have been meeting Monday through Thursday at 8:30 am.
We do a full body workout with cardio, strengthening, stretching, and even an under-water treadmill. We also get together for a breakfast once a month with our spouses and friends.
