Let’s face it, most of us don’t eat as well as we should. Here are PT Rob’s tips on how to eat healthy.

  • Eat six smaller meals throughout the day instead of three big meals. This will help keep your metabolism elevated.
  • Drink AT LEAST eight 8 oz. glasses of water every day.
  • PORTION CONTROL!
  • Make sure to incorporate plenty of fruits and vegetables into your daily diet.
  •  When eating carbs, choose whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread or brown rice over white pasta, bread and rice.
