- Eat six smaller meals throughout the day instead of three big meals. This will help keep your metabolism elevated.
- Drink AT LEAST eight 8 oz. glasses of water every day.
- PORTION CONTROL!
- Make sure to incorporate plenty of fruits and vegetables into your daily diet.
- When eating carbs, choose whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread or brown rice over white pasta, bread and rice.
