Race Day Tips from a Physical Therapist
February 6, 2012

1.) Stick to training habits. No new stretches, shoes or foods.

2.) Be mindful of your splits to ensure your planned 7:30 pace isn’t a 6.  Don’t let race-day excitement distract you from your strategy.

3.) Listen to your body, and get help if you expericence sharp or unusual pain.  Running doesn’t need to be a painful sport.  A physical therapist can help!
