Kristina Russell
Office Manager
Kristina Russell was the insurance verification specialist a few years back and she had re-joined the Premier Physical Therapy staff as our Office Manager in March of 2022. She is the go to girl for help with all things insurance and loves to be an advocate for our patients as they navigate the tricky world of health insurance! Prior to joining our clinic, she was a dispatcher and supervisor for police/fire/ems services for nearly 17 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two pups (Max and Sophie), crafting, reading and watching travel and history shows. A good true crime novel, some fresh popped popcorn and puppies curled up with her on the couch is a favorite way to spend some downtime. She enjoys travel and learning new things.
Her favorite thing about Premier Physical Therapy is the overall giving spirit of all of her co-workers and that our clinic works to go above and beyond the standards of healthcare. Kristina wears many hats here at Premier but her heart is for our patients and getting to interact with patients and seeing them reach their goals is her favorite role here. We are blessed to have Kristina as part of our family!
