The team that met up in Uganda was organized through the Seacoast Church with clinicians from all over the US. The team treated over 150 patients a day, many with debilitating injuries.

In the beginning of March, Jill Boorman, Physical Therapist and Clinical Director/Owner, set out on her annual medical mission trip to Uganda.

Uganda is near and dear to her heart, as she has been going there every couple of years. She even helped build the Masindi-Katara Medical Center where she continually treats patients.

One of Jill’s patients, a 90 year old man, came in with crippling pain and could barely walk. Jill was able to work her magic(if you were her patient, you know what we mean! ). After a few exercises for back pain, the 90 year old man, who seemed young at heart, was able to walk and jog pain free! He was so excited he couldn’t stop walking back and fourth in the clinic.
