Functional Capacity Evaluations
This evaluation provides the information for both client and physician to understand what the client is capable of doing. We will measure your range of motion, manual muscle strength, push, pull, lifting tolerance, nonmaterial handling, and cardiovascular endurance. We will then be able to determine your physical demand level. This evaluation is utilized for work injuries and for long term and short term disability.

Return To Work ServicesJob Site Analysis
We can go onsite to measure the actual demands of the job, look for ergonomic interventions, and design return to work programs as an employee recovers from injury.

The essential physical demands can be measured to give accurate, objective rehabilitation goals and safe return to work programs. When the job is physically demanding, we can design and implement a post offer preplacement screening test (Physical Agility test) to make sure that prospective employees meet the demands of the job.

This testing program is proven to reduce new hire injuries by up to 20% and can be used as a guideline for return to work for injured employees.

PATs (pre-placement agility tests)
Pre-placement agility tests (PATs) allow employers to functionally test employees prior to offering them a job. PATs simulate the job duties employees will have to perform, allowing them to physically demonstrate they are able to safely perform the tasks prior to being offered the job. It protects the employee as well as the employer.
