We may not be able to make it go straight, but we can make you stronger in your core and more resistant to injury (low back and neck pain).

Need to get in shape for a marathon, triathlon, century (100 mile bike ride)? Our staff has experience with these races and can put you on a program that can get you comfortably to the finish line.
Wellness
Program
- Purpose: The Wellness/Maintenance program is designed for the individual who needs minimal supervision and can follow a basic exercise program on their own. The individual is typically post rehabilitation (discharged from physical therapy), does not have adequate equipment for a home/fitness program, or would like some more reassurance versus a typical gym setting.
- Requirements: Review and sign a waiver. Please remember that our patients have priority with equipment, but the slow times are late morning and early afternoon. The staff is available to answer questions during your program, although our first priority is with our patients.
Cost:
$45.00 per month (visits in a month are unlimited), payable at the beginning of the month.
Hours:
There are no appointments needed for our Wellness/Maintenance program. Simply come in when you are ready to exercise during our business hours stated below:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-6:00pm
Friday: 7:00am-4:00pm
