Aquatic Therapy
Now available at Premier Physical Therapy. A 20 x 50 foot pool heated to between 84-92 degrees. Clinically indicated for arthritis (all types), increasing weight bearing tolerance (fractures, radiculopathy), chronic pain, and sports injuries(stress fractures, knee and shoulder injuries).
A hydraulic lift is available poolside for those that have difficulty walking or need assistance getting into the water. Changing areas with large showers and anti slip floor are ready for use. Please come by today and take a tour.

I had a back problem and was finding it very difficult to move. The doctor sent me to Premier Physical Therapy to help me with my back.
During my first visit I met Jill and she made me feel very comfortable. After assessing the problem, she came up with a game plan to correct it. After about 8 visits, the pain was much better. During this time I got to know the staff, and their professionalism made me feel very confident with their skills.
I was given exercises to do at home. After my session were complete and the pain was almost gone, I asked Jill when the pain would be completely gone. She said it would take about 3 months. Amazingly enough after 3 months almost to the day the pain was gone. I continue to do the exercises I was taught and my back is fine.
The expert care I received was great, but what totally amazes me is the I received after my sessions were complete. I wanted to lose some weight and Jill said she would be very happy to help. I sent her an email a couple of times a month explaining what I have been doing and she gave my pointers on what I need to do. So far I have lost 35 lbs. I only need to lose 10 more lbs to reach my goal.
